We dispatch orders five days a week (Monday to Friday).

Custom Items: Customized products may require an additional 1–2 business days for production before dispatch.

Peak Seasons/Holidays: During holiday seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship globally from our main logistics hub.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on most orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement.
- Exceptions for Non-Contiguous U.S. Territories: Please note that within the United States, free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, and other U.S. territories will incur an additional shipping fee. These shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order details.
4. Service Limitations
We strive to reach customers globally; however, due to logistics and customs constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to India and certain regions experiencing conflict or instability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Unexpected Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to international customs processing, severe weather, or logistics disruptions. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@gelrova.com and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
7. Duties & Taxes
There are no additional duties or taxes for our customers. We cover the customs and tax costs, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
