We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Gelrova. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process & Addresses (How to initiate a return)
To start a return, you must contact us first at info@gelrova.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Fault): If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon reception so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customer Remorse (Customer's Responsibility): For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-day Cooling off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
